<p>A method for controlling the operation of a car wash machine, said machine including a movable portal device comprising necessary washing gear, and a sensor system for controlling the position of the car and the contour of the car outline, are disclosed. The method is characterised by a plurality of sensors is monitoring the working area extent of the portal for sensing of objects in said to area/space, and data from each of the sensors are handled by a computer to consider the further operation of the car wash machine. A device and preferable use of the device are also disclosed.</p> |
