The binary data bank is analysed and specific information extracted. The information is coded and information data bank formed. The data bank is decoded for determining the information specific to the data bank. The data bank is reconstructed from information specific to data bank, which is then transformed into output system. Pref. the analysis and information extraction contains determination of number of identical bits and of total of bits. Independent claims are included for a device carrying out the method.
