The valuable object according to claim 1, characterized in that said creating a certain effect layer has luminescent properties. 3. The valuable object according to claim 1, characterized in that said creating a certain effect layer is a printing ink layer comprising luminescent pigments, and preferably other color pigments. 4. The valuable object according to claim 1, characterized in that said creating a certain effect layer is a layer with a directed reflectivity. 5. The valuable object according to claim 4, characterized in that said layer with a directed reflectivity is a semitransparent layer which, when viewed at different visual angles, creates different color sensing in the reflected light. 6. The valuable object according to claim 5, characterized in that said semitransparent layer comprises interference or liquid crystal pigments. 7. The valuable object according to claim 5, characterized in that said semitransparent layer has a relief structure as a diffraction structure combined with a transparent dielectric layer. 8. The valuable object according to claim 4, characterized in that said layer with a directed reflectivity is a metallic, preferably aluminum layer. 9. The valuable object according to claim 8, characterized in that the metallic layer is provided at least on some portions in the form of a screen. 10. The valuable object according to claim 8 or 9, characterized in that said metallic layer has recesses or grooves forming characters or patterns. 11. The valuable object according to claim 10, characterized in that a metallic, preferably aluminum layer in the form of a screen is provided in said recesses or grooves. 12. The valuable object according to claim 10, characterized in that a second thermochromic layer in the form of characters or patterns is provided in said characters or patterns. 13. The valuable object according to any one of claims 9-12, characterized in that the screen is a dotted or linear screen. 14. The valuable object according to any one of claims 8-13, characterized in that a layer with a relief structure in the form of diffraction structure is arranged beneath said metallic layer. 15. The valuable object according to any one of claims 1-14, characterized in that said thermochromic layer is continuous. 16. The valuable object according to any one of claims 1-14, characterized in that said thermochromic layer is provided only on some portions of the layer. 17. The valuable object according to claim 16, characterized in that said thermochromic layer is in the form of characters and/or patterns. 18. The valuable object according to claim 16, characterized in that said thermochromic layer is combined with at least one additional thermochromic or visually-distinguished layer, wherein such layers form mutually supplementing each other visually recognizable information. 19. The valuable object according to any one of claims 1-18, characterized in that said thermochromic layer is arranged above said additional layer. 20. The valuable object according to any one of claims 1-18, characterized in that said thermochromic layer is arranged beneath said additional layer. 21. The valuable object according to claim 20, characterized in that the information in the form of characters and/or patterns is arranged beneath the thermochromic layer. 22. The valuable object according to claim 21, characterized in that said characters and/or patterns are surcharged or laser created. 23. The valuable object according to claim 20 or 21, characterized in that said characters and/or patterns have visually and/or machine examinable characteristics. 24. The valuable object according to claim 23, characterized in that said characters and/or patterns are made of a material with luminescent and magnetic properties. 25. The valuable object according to any one of claims 21-24, characterized in that said characters and/or patterns are of black color. 26. The valuable object according to any one of claims 1-25, characterized in that said thermochromic layer is plaque below a predetermined temperature and above said temperature is at least semitransparent. 27. The valuable object according to any one of claims 1-25, characterized in that said thermochromic layer is semitransparent below a predetermined temperature and above said temperature is at plaque. 28. The valuable object according to any one of claims 1-27, characterized in that said safety element is provided as a self-adhesive label. 29. The valuable object according to any one of claims 1-28, characterized in that said safety element is paper, a document or a packing protected from forgery. 30. A safety element for protection valuable objects from forgery having a thermochromic layer combined with a semitransparent layer, which, when viewed at different visual angles, creates different color sensing, said thermochromic layer is arranged beneath said semitransparent layer, characterized in that said semitransparent layer has a relief structure in the form of diffraction structure combined with transparent dielectric layer or comprises liquid crystal pigments. 31. The safety element according to claim 30, characterized in that said thermochromic layer is plaque below a predetermined temperature and above said temperature is at least semitransparent. 32. The safety element for protection valuable objects from forgery having a thermochromic layer combined with a metallic layer is provided at least on some portions in the form of a screen. 33. The safety element according to claim 32, characterized in that said metallic layer has recesses or grooves forming characters or patterns. 34. The safety element according to claim 33, characterized in that a metallic, preferably aluminum layer in the form of a screen is provided in said recesses or grooves. 35. The safety element according to claim 33, characterized in that a second thermochromic layer in the form of characters or patterns is provided in said characters or patterns. 36. The safety element according to any one of claims 32 35, characterized in that the screen is a dotted or linear screen. 37. The safety element according to any one of claims 32 36, characterized in that a layer with a relief structure in the form of diffraction structure is arranged beneath said metallic layer. 38. A transfer material for producing a safety element according to any one of claims 30-37, characterized in that comprises a support on which the safety element is arranged in the form of a transfer layer according to any one of claims 30-37. 39. The transfer material according to claim 38, characterized in that is in the form of a film produced by hot embossing.</p>
