The invention concerns method for aligning frequency response of passive radiator loudspeaker system. This is performed with elimination of notch into frequency response which notch, caused by series resonance of passive radiator, is removed with addition of collateral resonance in the vicinity of series resonance. Simultaneously with the addition of collateral resonance, in the impedance response is introduced stable resistive component. The invention concerns also a passive radiator. The passive radiator is performed as perforated plate with vent, as the vent into perforated plate is performed as plurality of vents which resistive component exceeds their reactive component.
