Fermentation processes needed for preparation of endproducts in this system are carried out separately from each other in a consecutive sequence, in a network, that augments the concentration of microbial inoculum. The network is serviced by an auxiliary framework. Formation of the initial mixed preparation and when need arises later, the preparation of chemical and biological additives, are components supplied by the central unit. Augmentation takes place in a single, or in several stages, in smaller, regional aerobic fermentation units, by a 5-100 times dilution of the central inoculum, and optionally perusal of additives. End products are prepared in fermentation units located near points of use. Anaerobic or initial aerobic followed by anaerobic fermentation takes place in these units. The end product is a 500-10000 multiple of the initial inoculum. The method ensures that individual units comply with technologies devised in central units, assisted further by direct or indirect intervention of network centers and/or subcenters, for the progressive production and overall control. Information has a decisive role during preparation of end products. |
