COMPOSITIONS USEFUL AS DETERGENTS AND USE THEREOF

The invention relates to compositions useful as detergents and use thereof. Said compositions which are in a dry form and comprise at least one water-soluble protein, at least one water-soluble polysaccharide and at least one compound selected from the copolymers of ethylene oxide and another hydrophilic monomer as cleaning agents, are characterised in comprising at least one diatomaceous earth. Applications include: manual or machine washing of laundry or dishes, cleaning silverware, cleaning hard surfaces such as floors, walls or ceilings, sanitary surfaces, surfaces of furnishings, windows and mirrors, cleaning of tapestries and carpets, degreasing metals, cleaning engine components, airframes, food production line or food transport equipment, milking units and the animals, descaling ceramic pieces, for cleaning surfaces polluted with hydrocarbons and production of detergents in liquid, semi-liquid or gel form.
