The invention relates to a server-client system and to a server machine and a client machine making up a server-client system. An exchange interceding system in which a server machine intercedes an exchange of a failed part in a client machine by monitoring the parts making up the client machine and notifying the server machine of a failure if occurs, whereby any failure of the client machine is prevented before it occurs is disclosed.
