The invention concerns a system comprising: an Internet site (S) having general data (INF-G), customized data (INF-Pi), personal account data (INF-Ci) assigned specifically to each user (Ui); a digital medium (SNi) provided to each user (Ui) containing data (D), operating programmes (P) and a user identity code (COD-IDi); and a management center (C-G) comprising a main manager (G-PRIN) defining the data (D), the operating programmes (P) and the identity codes (COD-IDi) to be written on the digital media (SNi) and a data manager (G-INFO).
