he present invention relates to a parking organizing system using the cellular telephony, and to methods allowing access to said system characterized in that: a) the access to the system is independent from the connection manner of the cellular telephony subscribers (subscription or prepaid card) because of the use of a credit card comprising: a software managing the parking places, a database of the available parking places, a database of the registered identification numbers of the vehicles using said system and other details of the users, a database of the credit cards, or prepaid cardsof the clients, an archive of the total parking time, computers and communication network, terminals for payment in cash or with a credit card, codes of the parking places and a voice identification software permitting the communication between the system and the user via commands or speech sound messages. The methods permitting the access to these services can be of the phonic type by using digital speech sounds or SMS messages. |
