The IPv6 communication processor 101A also includes a ROM read unit 204A and an external-network interface unit 205A. The IPv6 communication processor access point 102A receives information stored in the ROM 203A of the IPv6 communication processor 101A, produces an IPv6 packet, and transmits the IPv6 packet to the designation address 303A stored in the IPv6 communication processor 101A.
