PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper box with a handle which is easily made, is safely used, and is disposable. SOLUTION: In forming this paper box with a handle, each front, back, right and left side wall connected to the four sides of a bottom part is raised, a corner wall part connecting both right and left sides of each wall is folded in two to be folded outward of both right and left walls, both ends of a flexible paper handle are inserted between the front and back corner walls superimposed, the front and back corner walls and both ends of the handle are fixed by welding, etc., for connecting the front and back corner walls, and the ends of the handle are fixed.
