PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display an image of no strange feeling in start-up. SOLUTION: When a camera of an image pick-up means requires most a time for leading-up, for example, each start-up timing is controlled to stabilize display in an LCD of a display at a time point tC when an output thereof is stabilized and to open fully a shutter for covering the LCD, and the display is conducted while bringing up brightness of backlight gradually form a time point when the image is stabilized.
