METHOD FOR GROUTING AND DRILLING NAIL AND ANCHOR

PURPOSE: A method for grouting and drilling a nail and an anchor at the same time is provided to prevent a cut surface from being bias or vertically sunk or cracked in cutting a slope by drilling and grouting the nail and anchor in a predetermined angle to the cut surface. CONSTITUTION: A method for grouting and drilling a nail and anchor(320) at the same time is composed of steps of forming a nail hole for inserting the nail and anchor into a bias or vertically cut slope(100) in a predetermined angle of tilt; forming a hole(110) by a bit(210) of a spiral steel pipe(200) inserted in the predetermined angle of tilt and drilling for shoving sediment out of the steel pipe and the hole; injecting grouting materials into the steel pipe and discharging the grouting materials out of the bit of the steel pipe at the same time as the drilling process; a first grouting process for mixing the sediment shoved out of the space between the steel pipe and the hole with the discharged grouting materials, and for permeating and solidifying some of the grouting materials into the ground around the hole; and a second grouting process for separating and removing the steel pipe from a boring machine and pressurizing and filling the grouting materials to the nail hole of the hole formed by the first grouting process by injecting the grouting materials through the steel pipe.
