PURPOSE: An exterior adiabatic method of an underground structure having an adiabatic panel for drainage is provided to smoothly pump out water around the underground structure by attaching the adiabatic panel on a retaining wall in the outer wall works of the ground, to prevent the loss of curing water in hardening concrete, and accordingly to accelerate high strength and hold attachment after the outer wall works is finished. CONSTITUTION: An exterior adiabatic method of an underground structure having an adiabatic panel(9) for drainage is composed of steps of boring the ground with a boring machine and inserting H beams into the ground; mounting a retaining wall(1) between the H beams to prevent sediment from being flowed into the underground structure; attaching nonwoven fabrics(12) to prevent sediment from being inserted between the adiabatic panel for drainage and the retaining wall; arranging reinforcements(14) inside the nonwoven fabrics; making a form in the arranged reinforcement; pouring and curing concrete in the form; and attaching the adiabatic panel in the nonwoven fabrics.
