PURPOSE: A fan balance correcting structure is provided to allow a worker to easily correct a fan balance in a state that a fan unit is assembled with a fan shroud by forming a slot at a front of a fan band. CONSTITUTION: A fan unit(200) includes a hub fixed to a rotating shaft(110) of a driving device(100), a plurality of blades(220) installed along an outer peripheral portion of the hub, and a fan band(230) for connecting ends of the blades(220) to each other. The blades(220) are rotated together with the hub. An outer flange(232) is integrally formed with the fan band(230). An annular slot(234) is formed at a front of the outer flange(232). A weight member(300) is coupled to a predetermined portion of the annular slot(234) so as to correct the balance of the fan unit(200). The weight member(300) includes a screw. A protrusion(236) is formed at an inner portion of the annular slot(234).
