PURPOSE: A method for a container loading/unloading plan in a terminal is provided to reduce a cost necessary for an expensive device and an economic loss by executing the optimum loading/unloading plan at the shortest time in a shipping operation. CONSTITUTION: A yard information DB is constructed using at least one shipping information and device field(S100). A loading/unloading container DB is constructed using loading/unloading information received from an exterior. A container information DB is constructed using at least one remaining container information which is not loaded(S102). A shipping direction DB is constructed using loading container attribute information received from an exterior(S104). If ship entering information is inputted from an exterior, shipping information corresponded to the inputted ship entering information is searched from the yard information DB, a ship is allocated, a device field corresponded to the detailed loading information is allocated, and a container is loaded in the allocated device field(S200). If loading information of a shipping matter is inputted from an exterior, a device field for loading the inputted shipping matter is searched from the yard information DB, the searched device field is allocated, a container is checked and unloaded in a device field of a corresponding ship, a shipping matter to be loaded in the corresponding ship is managed(S300). A bay plan including a position of a ship and a shipping list based on the loading/unloading information is supplied(S400).
