<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-use ballpoint pen with an internal eraser having simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: In the ballpoint pen with a cap storing a refill in a barrel filled with ink capable of being erased in an ink storage tube a forked part is formed on the tail edge part of the cap to rotatably hold the holding member on the forked part to enable the holding member to rotate 180 degrees, so that an eraser held by a holding member rises into a sinks from the tail edge of the cap by forming the sliding projection is formed in the internal face of the forked part to form circular-shaped grooves on the holding member and the hollow parts in both the ends of the grooves, so that the sliding projection is fit in the some of hollow parts to prevent the rotation of the holding member to bring a stable state.
