<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation for external use, excellent in safety and injuring no effectiveness of a physiologically active ingredient. <P>SOLUTION: This preparation for external use is characterized by containing (a) a glucan having an internal branch ring structural part, an external branch structural part and 50-5,000 polymerization degree, wherein the internal branch ring structural part is a ring structural part formed by α-1,4-glucoside bond and α-1,6-glucoside bond and the external branch structural part is a noncyclic structural part bonding to the internal branch ring structural part, and (b) one or more physiologically active ingredient selected from a group consisting of althea extract, apricot kernel extract, fennel extract, turmeric extract, oolong extract, rose fruit extract, cork tree bark extract, seaweed extract, hydrolyzed silk, chamomile extract, licorice extract, oil-soluble licorice extract, karkade extract, kiwi fruit extract, black tea extract, yeast extract, burdock extract, rice bran fermented extract and the like. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
