PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating fan attached to a wall and capable of ventilating by filtering air while keeping indoor air pressure at a positive pressure, preventing foreign matter from entering a room through a clearance of the ventilating fan, preventing insect and dust in the outside from being sucked into the room through an opening part of a door and a window of a building or a clearance existent always in a door and a window and on a wall face and a floor surface, and blowing minute insect entering through these clearances off. SOLUTION: This ventilating fan is constituted in such a way that a part or the whole of the ventilating fan is fitted into a hole drilled on the wall, and filters are provided on both outdoor and indoor faces to filter air and introduce it into the room.
