PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walkway unit and a manufacturing method for the same capable of arranging support columns to be attached to a walkway main body easily in order. SOLUTION: This walkway unit has the walkway main body for forming a walkway in a bridge body part of a bridge and a handrail support column attached to the walkway main body and is provided with a mounting plate 14 on a main body side provided protrudedly on a side face of the walkway main body, a mounting plate 2 on a handrail side provided in a basic part of the handrail support column, and a fixing member for fixing both plates of the mounting plate 14 on the main body side and the mounting plate 2 on the handrail side. Angle adjusting mechanisms 14a, 14b capable of adjusting fixing angles of both plates by the fixing member are provided in at least either of the mounting plate 14 on the main body side and the mounting plate 2 on the handrail side to adjust inclination of the handrail support column 2 for the direction of width of the walkway main body 1 even if the walkway main body 1 is distorted due to plating.
