PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to clean a filter without removing it in a water sprinkler of an industrial vehicle. SOLUTION: Cleaning water is led to pass through the suction side 25 of a sprinkling pump 24 and a discharge pipe 14 of a cleaning filter 11b, the delivery side 30 of the sprinkling pump 24 and a cleaning circuit 38 respectively by the sprinkling pump 24. The water in the sprinkling water tank 6 is filtered by a cleaning filter 11b of a filter tank 9, and inflows from the discharging pipe 14 of the sprinkling filter 11a into a filter inner chamber of the sprinkling filter 11a through a changeover valve 20, the sprinkling pump 24, a changeover valve 31, and a cleaning circuit 38 and flows from the filter inner chamber to the filter outside to scale off inpurities stuck to the outer peripheral face of the filter body and release clogging on the sprinkling filter 11a.
