PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly return a refrigerator oil in an oil separator 51 to a compressor 40, and to prevent a refrigerant passing sound from being generated. SOLUTION: This unit is provided with an oil returning pipe 52 for supplying the oil in the oil separator 51 to a suction side of the compressor 40, a solenoid valve 53 provided in the oil returning pipe 52 to be opened and closed, a driving- current sensor 77 for detecting a driving current value for the compressor 40, and an opening and closing mechanism control part 91 for closing the solenoid valve 53 when the driving current value detected by the sensor 77 is varied in a small level when the solenoid valve 53 is opened.
