PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete product capable of mounting a protective fence support thereon, which enables erection of the protective fence support at a location as close as possible to a plot boundary, contributes to effective use of a plot, enables selection of a protective fence support having an arbitrary diameter and selection of a fence of thinner thickness, to thereby contributes to cost reduction, and to provide a method for mounting the protective fence support. SOLUTION: According to the method, an erect wall portion 11 of a concrete structure is constructed, and notches 13 are formed in an upper bed of the erect wall portion 11 on an earth pressure side at intervals. Then, plate bodies 14 having high strength are fixed to the respective notches 13 on the earth pressure side 12, and long holes 16 each having an insertion opening for the protective fence support are formed in the upper face of the erect wall portion 11. Further, a lower end of each protective fence support 15 is inserted into the long hole 16, and then a filler 17 is filled in a gap between the long hole 16 and the protective fence support 15, to thereby fix the protective fence support 15.
