PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide finished yarn capable of giving a stretch cloth which is bulky, and has a soft and dry feeling. SOLUTION: This finished yarn is composed of core yarn and sheath yarn, wherein the core yarn comprises a polyester-based conjugated fiber of side-by- side type or eccentric sheath-core type, one of components of the core yarn consists mainly of polyethylene terephthalate, the other component of the core yarn consists mainly of polytrimethylene terephthalate, the sheath yarn comprises another fiber different from the polyester-based conjugated fiber, and false twisting is applied to the finished yarn in the opposite direction in which preliminary twisting is applied thereto.
