PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for an adhesive comprising a copolyester that has excellent tackiness and adhesiveness to a substrate such as a polyethylene terephthalate sheet, a polycarbonate sheet, an FPC (flexible printed circuit), a glass, or a substrate such as the above with an ITO vapor- deposited thereon, and has an extremely good hydrolysis resistance, and to provide a laminate using the composition. SOLUTION: This resin composition for an adhesive comprises a polyester having a carbonate bond in a molecule.
