PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polystyrene molded article with a good appearance and not generating grain, stripe, color shade caused by unadapted mixing in the polystyrene molded article containing carbon black. SOLUTION: The subject master batch is made by comprising a low molecular weight polystyrene with a weight average molecular weight of 1,000-10,000 to improve the flow property of the master batch lowered by the addition of carbon black as a black pigment to the polystyrene, and the molded article made by using the same and a method for manufacturing the molded article are also provided.
