PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-insulating paper cup which has a foamed layer free from degradation in clearness of print applied on a surface of the paper cup and has sufficient heat-insulating effects. SOLUTION: The heat-insulating paper cup has a barrel member comprising materials of a thermoplastic synthetic resin layer (surface), a paper base layer and a thermoplastic synthetic resin layer (rear face) from at least an external surface wherein the thermoplastic synthetic resin layer (rear face) is foamed. The thermoplastic synthetic resin layer (surface) and the thermoplastic synthetic resin layer (rear face) comprise a polyolefin-based resin, and the resin layer (rear face) comprises a multi-layered structure formed by co-extrusion. A melting point of a thermoplastic synthetic resin of the innermost thermoplastic synthetic resin layer of the resin layer (rear face) of the multi-layered structure is higher than that of a thermoplastic synthetic resin of the thermoplastic synthetic resin layer on a side of the base layer of the resin layer (rear face).
