PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a driver monitor easily a rear seat of an automobile, using a portable image pick-up device. SOLUTION: A cellular phone 4 with a digital camera is provided, to allow carrying, in a position, in an inside of the automobile 34, capable of photographing the rear seat, an electric power source is supplied from the automobile 34 under an installed condition, image data of a photographed image are transmitted, by short-range radio-transmission, to a monitor (display part) 6, and the driver watches the monitor 6 during driving to get information as to a situation of a child on the rear seat without looking back.
