PURPOSE: A module for measuring a flow of a target of traveling a defined course is provided to manage a POP(Point Of Production) and obtain the fundamental data of traffic policy by sensing the movement of the target and converting a sensing signal to an electric pulse. CONSTITUTION: A module for measuring a flow of a target of traveling a defined course includes a sensing portion(200), an input portion(300), a control portion(100), a display(400), and a communication port(500). The sensing portion(200) senses the movement of a target and generates an electric pulse. The input portion(300) receives a time variable. The control portion(100) counts the electric pulse and the time variable and generates a control signal according to an input signal of the input portion(300). The display(400) displays the input data of the input portion(300) and the processed data of the control portion(100) according to the control signal. The communication port(500) is connected to the control portion(100) in order to transmit the information of the control portion(100) to an external personal computer.
