PURPOSE: A device for locking a battery pack of a mobile communication terminal is provided to detach the battery pack from a body of the terminal with a simple operation of operating a locking knob, and to automatically lift up the battery pack from the body when unlocking the pack, thereby stably detaching the pack. CONSTITUTION: A locking knob(62) comprises as follows. A base(53) slides on inside of a locking knob coupler(63). A spring(74) is pressed by the base(53). A neck is vertically installed on one end of the base(53). A head(56) is horizontally installed on an upper side of the base(53). A sloping unit is formed on a side of the neck. A projection(58) is projected upward in a middle of the sloping unit. A battery pack hooking unit(70) comprises as follows. One end of a hooking end(64) is curved to be hooked over the projection(58). A supporting bar(68a) glidingly lifts up a battery pack(52) downward from the hooking end(64) via the sloping unit. A support(68b) supports the supporting bar(68a).
