PURPOSE: An apparatus for cutting the inlet of a sealed container is provided to allow to drink beverage by removing a sealing member without separating a main body since the apparatus is coupled to the inlet of the sealed container by the sealing member. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises: a hollow main body(10) which is coupled to the inlet of a sealed container by a sealing member and in which upper and lower portions(11,12) are opened; a lifting member(20) which has a hollow shape with upper and lower portions opened and is inserted into the main body so as to be liftable and which has a cutting unit(31) mounted on the lower end and is dropped upon rotation to cut the sealing member; and a lid(40) which is removably and rotatably covered on the main body and is coupled to the lifting member so as to rotate the lifting member.
