PURPOSE: A remote control system is provided to be capable of measuring a heath state of a person which uses a remote control for changing an established channel. CONSTITUTION: A GSR circuit part(14) recognizes a sensor contact of a user when a finger is contact with a GSR electrode(141) and switches into a sensitivity state measure mode. The GSR circuit part(14) receives an analog signal from the GSR electrode and converts the analog signal into a digital signal via an ADC(143). The GSR circuit part(14) transfers the digital signal to MCU(144) to compare GSR data with a value of a correlation function table(145). The GSR circuit part(14) analyzes data of the level of tension of the user with regard to the value. The value measured by the GSR circuit part(14) is processed by a main control part(12) via a signal receiving part of a main body and the processed value is displayed on a display device.
