DISK AND HUB ASSEMBLY FOR ELECTRONIC CLUTCH AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING HUB

PURPOSE: A disk and hub assembly for an electronic clutch and a method of manufacturing a hub are provided to sharply reduce the manufacturing cost, simplify the manufacturing process, through successive press processing, and prevent environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: A disk and hub assembly for an electronic clutch comprises a plate(30) composed of a stopper part(31) having a bolt-through hole(31a), and an inner ring part(32) bent to the outer peripheral surface; a hub(40) having a hub body(41) with a combining hole(41b) combined with a driving shaft of a compressor, and a flange part(43) extended from one end of the hub body outward and combined with the plate; an outer part(45) having an outer ring part(46) covering the inner ring part, and a flange part(47) bent from the outer ring part outward; a damper rubber(48) received between the inner and outer ring parts; and a disk(50) combined with the flange part of the outer part. Thus, productivity is improved through the simplified manufacturing process.
