Manufacture method comprises mixing base composition with catalyst concentrate at ratio 1: (0.01-0.04), said base composition containing following components, wt parts: dimethylvinylsiloxane rubber 100, Aerosil A-300 29.7-57.6, dihydroxypolymethylsiloxane 5.94-11.52, 2,6-di-t-butyl- 4-methylphenol 0.2- 3.0 or bis(5-methyl-5-t-butyl-2-hydroxyphenyl)methane 0.2-3.0, methylhydrosiloxane 0.5-2.0 or ethylhydrosiloxane 0.5-2.0, and said catalyst concentrate containing following components, wt parts: dimethylsiloxane rubber 100, Aerosil A-300 30-60, dihydroxypolymethylsiloxane 6-12, and benzyltrioctylammonium hexachloroplatinate (0.1 M solution in toluene) 1-10.
