WET-TYPE DUST COLLECTOR

摘要

FIELD: cleaning air from dust in ventilation and aspiration systems. SUBSTANCE: proposed dust collector includes housing partially filled with water and provided with gas inlet and outlet branch pipes, two-stage purification loop and drip trapping loop. First stage of purification loop is made in form of vertical circular partitions which are partially immersed in water, thus forming slotted passage. Second stage consists of two concentric rows of vertical blades mounted over circumference at outlet of slotted passage; it is inclined relative to generatrix of housing. Outer row of wedge-shaped blades is shifted relative to inner row of blades. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 dwg
