<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which performs an image shifting suitable for images. <P>SOLUTION: This display device 100 has a display element 106 which has a plurality of pixels and emits light to indicate the first image availably for inspection by a user 200, an image shifting section 104 which forms the second image by shifting the display positions of the respective pixels by approximately parallel shifting the rays emitted by the display element 106, a length information acquiring section 114 which acquires the length information indicating the length of the first image, and a control section 112 which controls the amount of shifting to shift the display positions of the respective pixels by the image shifting section 104 in accordance with the length information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
