<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform thermal circulation and ventilation by preventing freezing of a water (water cooling) air conditioner combining the advantages of floor heating and 24 hour ventilating system by a heat pump (HP) hot water feeder, a gas hot water feeder, and an electric water heater to effect thermal circulation and ventilation, and making energy saving and environment protection compatible with each other. <P>SOLUTION: A fog nozzle valve 19 of a water cooling conditioner, an air filter 20, and the ventilation duct of an air duct 14 are situated after a flow water tank 5. The water cooling air conditioner to generate a water flow by the fog nozzle valve by using city water CW and regulate humidity by fog and minus ion, and the HP hot water feeder are interconnected through a blast duct 39, and cold air C heat- absorbed by the HP hot water feeder is fed in a room through the ventilation duct of the air conditioner. In the winter, hot air of the water cooling air conditioner is utilized as the heat of hot water of the HP hot water feeder. By improving a point that, in the summer, floor heating by the HP hot water feeder, the gas hot water feeder, or the electric water heater is not utilized, city water is caused to effect reverse flow to a floor heating unit and to utilize city water as support for cooling. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
