<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of attaching the individual identification number inherent to a live cattle to a partial meat and a dressed meat, a medium being attached or a label, and a system for referring production records of a dressed meat. <P>SOLUTION: In the stage for processing a leg of meat into a dressed meat 8, a partial meat weighing apparatus or a weighed value attaching apparatus reads out an RF-ID tag 4 or bar code data to acquire the individual identification number inherent to a live cattle 1 and attaches it to a processed meat. Accuracy of attachment is enhanced by providing each apparatus with recognition and alarm displays. The referring system can acquire the production records of a dressed meat corresponding to the individual identification number by accessing a data base of goods, production/processing, or the like, using the individual identification number printed on an identification label 10 attached to a dressed meat 11 by the weighed value attaching apparatus as a key. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
