<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an intrusion of water into a vehicle interior via an opening in a roof during vehicle travel when a movable panel is positioned in an operating position with a rear end lifted on a front end. <P>SOLUTION: A sunroof device 10 comprises the first movable panel 21 arranged in front in a roof opening 12 in a vehicle roof 11 and movable between a normal position to cover the roof opening 12 partly and an operating position with the rear end lifted on the front end, a second movable panel 22 arranged behind the first movable panel 21 in the roof opening 12, and a liner 24 arranged at the rear end 21b and extended in a vehicle width direction.
