PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition capable of giving an adhesive which can be easily coated on a substrate even after long-term storage, has high adhesion after coating until heating, can allow the substrate adhering to the adhesive to be easily peeled after heating and, in addition, has such easy peelability that the adhesive layer is hardly remained on the substrate or the adhesive layer can easily be peeled from the substrate even if it adheres thereto. SOLUTION: The modified silicone resin composition is a resin composition comprising a blowing agent and a modified silicon resin and having a water content of the composition of≤0.2 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. composition.
