PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust valve allowing constituent components to be changed, prevented from being easily damaged or broken, and capable of preventing constituent components of a timepiece from being easily broken. SOLUTION: This exhaust valve is characterized by comprising: a pipe disposed in a through-hole penetrating the inside and outside of a case; a step part provided for the inside of the pipe; a valve disposed movably in the axial direction of the pipe with at least a part thereof inserted in the inside of the pipe; a head part of the valve positioned outside the case; a receiving part positioned inside the case and disposed in the head part of the valve; an elastic means disposed between the step part of the pipe and the receiving part of the valve for energizing the valve toward the inside of the case; a waterproof packing material compressed between the head part of the valve energized by the elastic means and the pipe; and an attaching-detaching means for making the head part and the receiving part of the valve attachable/detachable.
