PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiator having an oil cooler incorporated in a radiator tank which requires reduced installation space and the reduced number of part items, is easily manufactured, and excellent in heat transfer property. SOLUTION: An opening in a slender box cover-shaped small tank body 5c is joined, liquid-tight, to the outer surface of the tank body 5b of one tank 5, inner fins 7 are provided in the small tank body 5c, and a pair of oil access ports 6 are formed in the outer surface of the small tank body 5c at both end parts in longitudinal direction.
