摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a reduction of the number and weight of parts for oil circulation, an efficient use of an oil pump, a small size of an engine and simplification of oil pump piping in a drysump type four-cycle engine. SOLUTION: The inside of a crank case 20 is partitioned to a crank chamber 51 at a front side and a mission chamber 52 at a rear side by a partition wall 55 having constant height. A lower part of the mission chamber 52 is made to an oil tank chamber 64 and a generator chamber 58 and a cover chamber such as a clutch chamber 59 are provided at both ends in a crank axis direction of the crank case 20. An oil escaping passage 125 for escaping an oil to the generator chamber 58 side is formed between the crank chamber 51 and the generation chamber 58. The oil in the generator chamber 58 is suctioned through an oil passage 130 or the like crossing below the crank chamber 51 and is discharged to a gas part of the clutch chamber 59 by a scavenging pump 107 disposed in the clutch chamber 59.
