PURPOSE: A device of fixing a multi-layer bus bar for noise reduction is provided to integrate many cables into one, and to replace the cables with the multi-layer bus bar, thereby suppressing generation of external induced noise. CONSTITUTION: Power layers(120), power ground layers(130), signal ground layers(140), and frame ground layers(150) installed on both ends of a circuit back board are connected by one bus bar(100). The bus bar(100) has an insulating plate for installing three partition walls to separate and insulate inside the partition walls, and has a mold. The mold fixes a cable connection terminal on the top of the power layers(120), the power ground layers(130), the signal ground layers(140), and the frame ground layers(150) in the separated space.
