SEPARATION TYPE CYLINDER APPARATUS FOR REFUSE DERIVED FUEL EXTRUDING MACHINE

PURPOSE: A separation type cylinder apparatus for RDF extruding machine is provided which not only increases extrusion capacity by twin screw, but also performs replacement operation of cylinder very conveniently by simple structure of the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: The separation type cylinder apparatus comprises a casing(10) comprising first casing body(11) and second casing body(12) capable of being divided into up and down; a cylinder(20) which is installed inside the casing and consisted of first cylinder body(21) having first bore and second cylinder body having second bore capable of being divided into left and right, and in which the left first bore and right second bore are connected to each other to form a closed curve; a plurality of clamping means(30) comprising first clamping body(31) and second clamping body(32) to divide the cylinder bodies into left and right by housing the first cylinder body and second cylinder body of the cylinder; first screw(40) and second screw(50) respectively engaged with the first bore and second bore to transport crushed waste injected into the first bore and second bore of the cylinder to the lower side of the cylinder; and an extrusion die(60) installed at the lower side of the cylinder to extrusion mold the crushed waste transported by the first screw and second screw, wherein a plurality of ribs(16) for supporting the outer surface of the first cylinder body and second cylinder body are installed on the inner surface of the first casing body and second casing body.
