PURPOSE: A flow controllable bottle cap is provided to preserve contents perfectly, prevent overflow due to a rapid outflow and avoid the outflow of contents even if the bottle cap is lost. CONSTITUTION: The bottle cap comprises: an inner tube which has a cylindrical portion(12) contacted and coupled to an inner wall(22) of a bottle neck(20), an opening(13) for flowing contents out and a sealed lower end portion(14) and which is adjacent to the bottle neck(20); and an outer tube which has a cylindrical portion with the lower and upper ends opened and a cylindrical flange portion(2) on the upper end and which is slidably movable by contacting the inner tube.
