PURPOSE: A rodless cylinder is provided to relieve impact in moving a piston by charging actuating fluid supplied or discharged from the cylinder via a through hole in bellows, and to cut down repair and manufacturing costs by simplifying the structure of the cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A rodless cylinder is composed of a cylinder(11) having a longitudinal slot(11a) in the upper part; left and right covers(13a,13b) fixed at both sides of the cylinder and composed of through holes; a piston(15) arranged in the cylinder and partially protruded out of the cylinder through the slot; and bellows(17a,17b) fastened in the inside of the cover to cover the through hole and fastened in the piston. Actuating fluid is supplied via the through hole to the cylinder by opening the left valve in moving the piston right, and discharged by sucking with opening the right valve. Impact is relieved by extending the left bellows and folding the right bellows.
