PURPOSE: A roasting device made of a bamboo is provided to improve the flavor of meat by using the bamboo and roasting the meat therein. CONSTITUTION: A support member(1) is made of a bamboo, and has a circular section. A couple of cover members(2) are made of the bamboo, and cover the support member. Fixing members(4) are coupled with the outer circumference of the cover members, and has elasticity to fix the cover members.
