<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a plotting step at a boundary face (dividing face) between groups when a plurality of LED arrays are divided to a plurality of groups and a dynamic lighting control is carried out for each group. <P>SOLUTION: LED arrays 11-1 to 11-m are divided to the plurality of groups, and the LED arrays are subjected to the dynamic lighting control for each group in accordance with image data. Image data is rearranged to be rearranged image data in accordance with a lighting sequence specified so that lighting is carried out sequentially from the light emitting array closest to the boundary face for each group when the boundary face between groups is made a reference. The LED arrays are controlled to light in accordance with the rearranged image data.
