PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide clothing for persons having poriomaniacs in which a GPS portable terminal is firmly attached without being detached by the person and an antenna part is arranged on the shoulder, etc., so as to reduce a shielding material by own body, etc., and a method for detecting the position of the person having poriomaniac in a system using the clothing. SOLUTION: In the clothing for persons having poriomaniacs on which the GPS portable terminal is attached, the antenna part of the GPS terminal is arranged at a position at which data are not shielded when the prescribed data are sent and received.
